Covid caused me to have turbinate hypertrophy. it's been like this for a month. i never had this before. ent told me to use flonase for 6 weeks. been using it for 2 weeks with no results. can this go away on it's own over time?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If your symptoms are improving you can watch and wait. If it is not getting better, it would be prudent to see an ENT doctor again. Wish you good health!
