I started valsartan in march and had ekg, blood and urine tests in march, june and end of august. how many more do i need to make sure the drug isn't damaging my body? i've experienced fatigue, mild nausea and brain fog but normal blood tests?

If you have not tried the DASH diet discuss and start now. May be able to control BP without meds. What damages your body is an unhealthy BP ie greater that 120 systolic. Discuss with your Dr. If they have not recommended this complain because is recommended doing the DASH before meds.

You should discuss these symptoms with your doc. He/ she selected Valsartan for a reason which is best known to him/her to help control your BP. In the meantime reducing salt intake, junk food, smoking and alcohol and doing light exercise will help. Good luck
