I'm pregnant 3 months after c-section. i'm 40 years old, have hypoglycemia, celiac and obesity, will i be ok since i delivered via c-section only 3 months ago? how can i have a safe healthy pregnancy and make sure that my uterus won't break?

Stay under the care of a good Obstetrical doctor and you should be OK. Next time think about spacing the pregnancies longer if you still desire children.
