Damiana, menopause: Damiana has been widely used, and is reportedly useful for a number of conditions, including imbalanced female hormones. Many women have reported reduction in night sweats and vaginal dryness associated with menopause. It is best taken as a tincture. Black Cohosh is another consideration, but use should be limited to short periods of time due to the potential for liver damage.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Agree with Dr Russo. Also ask you doctor about Brisdelle (paroxetine) with is non hormonal treatment for hot flashes. I have seen good results with my patients who cant or wont take HRT.
