I have symptoms of muscle cramping and pain. i have +1 bilirubin that has shown up in 3 of my urine tests along with blood. my liver function tests have been normal. can this mean anything?

If you are taking statin for high cholesterol which I doubt at your age, creatinine kinase total (CK total) needs to be checked for ruling out statin induced rhabdomyolysis. If you work out a lot mild rhabdomyolysis may occur as well and urine result will be the same. Occult blood by dipstick test and negative microscopic hematuria is due to myoglobin from rhabdomyolysis not due to hemoglobin.
