Tobacco use is a known risk factor for CAD and PAD. The viral infections you mentioned are unlikely to be the cause of vascular disease, even though CMV can cause vasculitis in immunosuppressed patients. Quit using tobacco in any form and lose weight to get your BMI below 25.

Never use abbreviations in medicine. Can be deadly. Recommend pay for a 1 month subscription & read all about PAD what ever that means to you. If peripheral artery disease, then if you have it? Smoking most likely cause + lipids + too fat. Get BMI down to 25 and stop smoking to stop what is going on. Discuss with local Dr who knows about folks like you, doing what u r doing & have what you got
