All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. You have not provided sufficient information to provide a meaningful opinion, Wish you good health!

Such labs have to be always interpreted in clinical context, with limited available information an active infection will have to be ruled out first.
