15 yo male.cbc remain out of range > 18m. lo wbc- 4.54, lo neut/band - 37%, hi lymphocyte - 46%, hi eosinophil (6), left shift present (new). ideas?

That is not: A low wbc. Most labs low is below 4. There is a relative increase in lymphs. The eos can go along with allergy and or drug. Depakote can lower wbc.
