I asked my doctor if i was having a problem with my ejaculation and he responded "the plumbing is fine" i honestly do not understand what he meant by that and it left me feeling confused. can you please help me understand what he meant by this?

Probably he meant there is no anatomic abnormality, i.e. all passages are open. Can't say more than that -- you don't say what problem you're having with ejaculation. Keep working with your doctor.

There was no anatomical finding of concern or explaining your symptoms. When in doubt or unclear best to ask doc for peace of mind.
