Depression ; Grief: I'm very sorry for your loss, and you're right about the tablets. Grief is a natural process of coming to terms with a loss, and learning fulfilling ways to live without your loved one. Depression is deeper, and more paralyzing. It may require medications to help. Both can benefit from personal psychotherapy and social support. Please consider working individually with a counselor.
