A hematologist’s opinion might help in clarifying the reason for microcytosis or smaller than normal red blood cells that seems to be the main abnormality in the blood tests mentioned.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are consistent with thalassemia minor. Wish you good health!
