All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are consistent with thalassemia minor. Wish you good health!

My cbc values July-hgb 13.9-hct 42.5 -mch low-mcv low-mchc low-rbc 6.9-rdw 16 Aug- hbg14-hct 43-mch low-mcv low-mchc low -rbc 7.2-rdw 16 My internist dont seem concern about the values But am concern about the rbc!?
