Increase in hemoglobin from 13.9 to 14.5 is not a meaningful change. Talk to the doctor who ordered these tests. Why were the tests done?

My CBC is WBC 9.2, RBC 5.5, hgb 16.1, hct 46.4, MCV 84.4, MCH 29.3, mchc 34.7, %rdw-cv 12.4, PLT 254, mpv 12.2, % neut 46.8, % lymp 40.5, % mono 9.4 .. Is it good or bad. Plz comment on high mpv value?
Recent CBC: RBC 4.48, Hgb 11.8, Hct 38.1, MCV 85.0, MCH 26.3, MCHC 31.0, RDW 15.8, Plt 503. How "abnormal" is my Plt in relative terms? What is likely the cause of high Plt (poss iron deficiency?)?
