You're not numbers: The only "tip" I can share is that lab values mean nothing in isolation. With your unusually low MCV, the concern is one of the thalassemia minor variants -- usually a non-problem but something you and any possible present or future wife need to know about. A relatively but not dangerous Hct might be addressed. Basically, in any society you have a duty to have your physician explain particulars.
