Hi! i have a prickling sensation in my index finger on my left hand with about 7 or 8 tiny red dots/blotches on the tip of my finger that showed up this morning. what could be going on?

Washed hands and noticed pain on index finger tip. Tiny red dot, not bleeding, no other abnormality. No needle stick that Im aware of. Can a wart or spider bite present this way? Occurred after waking up. Didnt hurt yesterday?
While closing my closet door to hard my index finger must of rubbed in the little circular slot and now the tip is red with a few tiny spots. A little pain. Is it the capillarys that are aggravated or something else?
