Probably vascular: This "appearance" is probably a vascular (circulation) issue. There is certainly no reason for concern since I do not believe this is associated with any medical disorder(s) Try asking again and attach some photos!! Hope this helps BTW Is this related to COLD Temperature??? That may be significant! Dr Z
