Allergy: These symptoms suggest an allergic reaction to something that has come in contact with your hands or to something internal. If you can't determine the offending agent and if antihistamine medications don't help, visit a dermatologist or an allergist.

Queston cut off.: Consider derm eval. These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
