It's hard to make an: Accurate diagnosis without seeing the lesion. It could be anything from an eczema, bug bite , allergic reaction to something, a bruise, a burst blood vessel, a hickie (just a thought !) etc. If u have any concerns, see your dr for confirmation. Have a happy 4th of july & enjoy watching the fireworks!
