?: Can still be chronic idiopathic urticaria, but other lab tests need to be performed as well: thyroid function tests, thyroid antibodies, complement levels, stools analysis, etc.. also other pieces of history need to be known, better see an allergist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, meanwhile keep taking whatever antihistaminic on regulat basis, good luck
