You may have caught food in that area. You can try to floss underneath the wire with a product called "superfloss". If this does not help you should see your orthodontist or general dentist.

This could be from irritation on the gum from the bracket, or from food or debris caught in between. Use a soft toothbrush and get a WATERPIK from pharmacy to clean out area. See your dentist for further instructions.

Can be from trapped food debris, trauma to the area, but most probably from not cleaning between teeth, gums swelling, and then moving teeth through the area. It may have to be derided (cleaned). See your Orthodontist. Then start cleaning between teeth w floss or WaterPik EVERY SINGLE DAY to prevent future flare-ups.
