If you're switching between valsartan and irbesartan do you take the new arb at your regular time or should you skip a dose of the old one and take the new one next day? trying to prevent hypotension from dual blockade on first dose?

It probably doesn't matter. But it would be safe to take the first dose of the new drug at the same time you were scheduled for the old one.
