Have had several small axillary nodes for few months, after recent vaccine 3 weeks ago, one has went rock hard, feels irregular shape, about a cm or maybe slightly bigger feels fixed, should i get it checked or should i wait a while to see if settles?

You did not say which vaccine. I hope you got both COVID and flu. Call dr office and see how common this is in your area in people like you. No urgency.
