This is a great question for your primary care Dr/Specialist Dr- who knows your disease history and additional complications/course that you have followed in your disease. Syndromes such as these overall make individuals more susceptible to poor outcomes when infected with Covid, so a general answer would be that the Vaccine would be even more beneficial for you.

You unfortunately are at great risk if you were to contract a severe case of COVID-19, and by far, the vaccine should be given. A disorder of the motor neurons is NOT a contraindication. Do NOT await a time for vague changes. Act NOW!
