Looks like i got a bite of some sort of about a day ago. it started off slightly itchy and a little raised almost like a mosquito bite. now, about a day later its a fair bit reddish. nothing huge or dramatic but its red. any thing i need to watch?

I would take pictures to show to Dr is if gets infected. Keep clean with soap and water.
