I got bit by something or im not for sure what happened but really itchy spot started out red and a little raised now it almost looks like raised mole maybe but not and there is a spot in the middle and still itchy no other symptoms?

Most insect bites stay itchy for a few days, but swelling may last a week or more. Discoloration lasts several days. . If you still have concerns get examined by a physician for evaluation and advice.
