I have a small cluster of bumps on my thigh. they are in a perfect circle. the spot is red and is very itchy. could this be a spider bite or something? it is slightly raised and has gotten a little bit bigger since i first noticed it a few days ago.

Yes: There are bugs that trigger such a response in some. A localized cluster of bumps could also be from a focused contact with a chemical /plant or other allergen like poison ivy.
