Get checked as STD’s appear likely, the lumps are likely inflamed lymph nodes. Having such infections treated prompted is critical in avoiding long term serious complications, partner (s) have to be tested and treated as well if applicable.

Those bumps will have to be examined before a diagnosis can be made eg lymph node, fatty tumor(lipoma) etc. Same goes for the other symptoms which sound like infection. pl see your doc and get examined and have a urine test. In the meantime keep vaginal area clean with soap and water and drink plenty of water. Hope you feel better
