Need GYN exam: You will need an exam to make a DX and get the correct RX. This may be a urinary tract infection causing the urinary symptoms, but the painful lumps need to be evaluated for signs of infection also.

See a dostor: If you have painful lumps on your vagina, you need to be seen inorder for these to be diagnosed. This along with pain with urination sounds like an infection but it does not sound like yeast. Go to your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic today.

?condom use: This may not apply to you at all, but if your partner used a condom, consider a possible latex allergy. If you used a spermicidal gel, you may be allergic. Finally, friction alone, if lubrication isn't adequate, could account for your symptoms.
