Sebaceous cyst: is a closed sac under the skin filled with a cheese-like or oily material. They arise from the glands that secrete oily matter that lubricates hair and skin. They usually grow slowly, are not painful, are not dangerous and can be ignored. Squeezing one can cause it to become inflammed and painful. Applying a warm wash cloth can help it to drain and heal. It can be surgically removed.

Cysts: This is most likely a Epidermoid cyst. Sebaceous cysts are less common. Have your doctor take a look to be sure there is no superimposed infection or something. They are easily treated.
