What causes lower right side abdominal pain? sometimes it feels fine sometimes a bit worse. also sometimes felt same side lower back and wearing pants seams uncomfortable. lasting months. doc medicine seamed to help. could it be my crohns?

If you in fact have Crohn's disease (professionally diagnosed), that's probably the most likely explanation. But there are plenty of other causes, some of them potentially serious, and any new, severe, or unexplained abdominal pain should be professionally evaluated. Follow up with your doctors, probably starting with the one who manages your Crohn's. Good luck.
