Shingles vaccine 4 weeks ago and i have swelling and pain in the armpit on the side i got the vaccine. should i be concerned, and how can i speed up recovery? thank you?

Your problems in the axillary area may or may not be related to the vaccine. It is highly unlikely at this point that you can independently manage this. Recommend you visit your regular physician ASAP, and get this examined and evaluated which can lead to therapeutic intervention.
