What can I do to speed my recovery from a knee laceration with 7 stitches? Bruising/swelling/pain is minimal.

Dr. Jeffrey Sider
38 years experience in Sports Medicine
Takes 7-10 days: Assuming the laceration is not deep and is clean it should close in 7-10 days but if you are too active or if you develop an infection, it can take much longer unfortunately injuries take a certain amount of time to heal.
