Yes: As far as shingles, no. You are young and the likelihood of developing post shingles pain is lower (absent any coexisting medical issues) . The main concern is why did you develop shingles which tends to occur epwhen your immune system is taxed or is weak. The swollen axillary gland needs to be evaluated and possibly biopsied. See you pcp on monday.
