Possibly normal: Depending on how long ago your surgery was, the swelling may be normal. See your surgeon to be sure it us healing properly.

Possible hematoma: If it is in the immediate post op period with significant asymmetry of the breasts make sure you are not developing an expanding hematoma. Check with your plastic surgeon
