Despite my decades history of internal bleeding, my cardiologist put me on clopidogrel. after four months i developed "blood cysts" that turned into black&blue marks, tarry stools, and chest pain when exercising. can anything help with recovery?

Unfortunately relatively commonly seen. It sounds like the addition of clopidogrel worsened a preexisting bleeding condition. Assessment should start now with your cardiologist ( for your treated heart condition) considering alternatives for clopidogrel or simply discontinuing it if possible or necessary. Iron replacement or blood transfusion may be needed if having anemia and before gi work up.
