Hashimotos: No, these symptoms are not directly related, unless you have developed significant hypothyroidism, which can be caused by hashimoto's. If your thyroid function tests are normal then your snoring is most likely related to nasal obstruction, weight gain or some other form of nasal obstruction. Dry mouth and snoring are related because you are likely not breathing through the nose.

Hasimoto: Increased weight is one of the symptoms of hashimoto's. This can cause constriction of the airway which can contribute to snoring. Sleep apnea should be evaluated by an overnight witnessed sleep study.
