Half my thyriod has been removed a year ago due to a lump. they diagnosed me with hashimotos. the las month i have this weird sensation in my throat. i hear a weird noise in my throat it feels and sounds like a liquid that it being forced from tube.

Great question. Possible scar tissue from surgery pressing against a vein/artery n neck & causing a BRUIT as blood gushes thru narrowed vein/artery. Or that the thyroid is acting up. Go someplace where they listen with a stethoscope over you neck/thyroid & c if they hear anything. It will go whish whish whish with each heart beat. It may come and go as you turn your head. Discuss with your team

Your symptoms as described are nondiagnostic. Since you have a head and neck surgeon already, I recommend having him/her examine your throat and neck and then advising you. This will give you peace of mind if there is no pathology found.
