Half my thyriod has been removed a year ago due to a lump. they diagnosed me with hashimotos. the las month i have this weird sensation in my throat. i hear a weird noise in my throat it feels and sounds like a liquid that it being forced from tube.

Noise in thyroid?: Great question. Possible scar tissue from surgery pressing against a vein/artery n neck & causing a BRUIT as blood gushes thru narrowed vein/artery. Or that the thyroid is acting up. Go someplace where they listen with a stethoscope over you neck/thyroid & c if they hear anything. It will go whish whish whish with each heart beat. It may come and go as you turn your head. Discuss with your team

Throat exam: Your symptoms as described are nondiagnostic. Since you have a head and neck surgeon already, I recommend having him/her examine your throat and neck and then advising you. This will give you peace of mind if there is no pathology found.
