Is it possible to get a blister or canker sore where the nose and throat meet caused by snoring?

Not likely: I do not believe there is anything in the literature connecting the two. A canker sore can be caused by trauma but I do not believe it would be from a vibrating soft palate.

NO: Canker sores are caused by stress both emotional and physical mostly in females. Winter and spring are most common times .Seek a dentist who treats snoring with an oral appliance.

No: These are separate issues. Canker sores are local stress induced lesions. Snoring is a separate, more complex issue. Enlarged adenoids, nasal turbinates, deviated septum, weight gain, malocclusion and jaw relationships, are all components of snoring.
