Yes, it is possible because there is a mismatching between your heart rate and your ventilation. However, there are some cardiopulmonary conditions which could cause of exercise induced hypoxemia.

Yes usually the oxygen saturation goes down a little with exercise especially if you’re out of shape and haven’t exercised in a while. Consult a physician who did the oxygen saturation for specific diagnosis treatment and evaluation.
