Calcification in the axilla may not be serious if the calcium is in the tissues that had previous injury. It depends on what is calcified but also has to be taken in context of what the level of blood calcium is. There is need to find cause of elevated blood calcium because that may be serious. Calcification of blood vessels may be serious.
