What is the suggested clinical followup when course calcifications are found in the axilla (bilaterally) on a mammogram?

A chest image may be indicated. The options include observation and follow up, biomarkers and/ or a biopsy. Calcification is also associated with past infection. Watch for signs of malaise, fatigue and weight loss.
