Can a neurological exam done by a neuromuscular specialist rule out als? i have had 3 normal clinical exams since march with bodywide fasiculations?

No, an isolated neurology evaluation cannot rule out ALS, it takes tests and symptom dynamics in time, one of the most difficult diagnosis to make in medicine, incredibly cruel spectrum of conditions.

Appears that you most likely have benign fasciculations and not ALS BUT ongoing periodic exams may be prudent. Not feasible to predict your future but so far reassuring
