If it was the reporting radiologist and the ordering doc would have contacted the pt. immediately. It has to be iterpreted in context for the indication for which ordered. Pl call the doc and ask for explanation. In the meantime dont worry.

Not unusual at age 85 to have cervical spondylotic degeneration resulting in thecal sac indentation. If no evidence of spinal cord compression, this is merely a coincidental non-impactful finding. A direct discussion with the radiologist should alleviate concerns.

MPA shows fusiform aneurysm (31mm). IVC dilated at 37mm. RA is 54mm, RVEDD is 49mm, LA is 58mm. Results were via a cardiac MRI. HX of cardiac paraganglioma and HTN (tumor removed/ medicated for BP). Is this pulmonary HTN? Is heart echo indicated?
