My cycle is 31days.last month my period was 15 september.after period 2days later i did my hsg test. uterus and tubes normal.this month i missed my period.i did urine test.its negative.why my period is coming late.i have breastsorness nausea?

HPTs are usually accurate a week after a missed period. If you took the test too soon it may not be accurate. Retry with a new test.
