Hi docs. 70 days after exposure(i received oral sex) i tested for hiv and test came out negative(eclia test). how accurate is the test and it is necessary to get tested again?

You were not at risk for HIV: there has never been a proved case of HIV transmitted oral to penis and did not need testing. But your negative results is conclusive. Do not get tested again.
