HIV Testing: Not yet. If you just had the routine HIV antibody test this needs to be twelve to 24 weeks from the exposure to be sure. But, the new HIV viral testing using dna is accurate from 21 days ago. If you have a high risk exposure you need to get this better test. And, in the future please know that if there is any high risk exposure then HIV infection can be prevented with post exposure prophylaxis.
