Sorry, but this situation is too complex for accurate advice from this or any online forum. It sounds like you have a knowledgeable doctor; discuss with her. Or if uncertain about her or his expertise, ask for referral to an infectious diseases specialist or other physician with extensive HIV experience. Good luck.
