Your vertigo may or may not be related to the covid-19 infection. If the vertigo is due to benign positional vertigo, a maneuver called Hallpike maneuver may abort the symptom; otherwise you need medication to blunt the symptom but not aborting it. You need to see an ENT doctor for checking your ears then Hallpike maneuver can be tried if there is no problem with your ear such as wax, otitis media
