Was your cardiac catheterization perfectly normal? You should be examined by a cardiologist after these symptoms. Elevated SGOT, cardiac arrhythmia, drop in BP can be caused by myocardial infarction.

Agree with Dr. Colantino you need to be evaluated by a cardiologist. Your symptoms could be caused by heart block which can be exacerbated if you are taking a beta blocker such as Metoprolol or Carvedilol for hypertension + coronary heart disease. You should hold that medication for now until you see a cardiologist. High SGOT is not specific enough. It can be present in chronic liver problems.
