Bilateral temporal and frontal headache is rarely a sign of brain tumor. Please note that headache and back ache are the most common complaints in the outpatient clinics and a majority of them is not due to a malignant disease. However, you should see your family doctor for an appropriate evaluation because if you often use analgesic for this symptom then you may develop analgesic headache later.
