I had covid over two weeks ago and last week i started noticing black dot, like eye floaters.they are not consistent but come and go thru out the day increasing with exercise etc. could these be related to a side effect or symptom of covid?

I have not seen reports of this from COVID. I would see local eye dr and ask about what is causing this in you.
